Payment Info and Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, paid either with Visa, Master Card, or Discover. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you with the charter details. Full payment is payable no less than 14 days prior to your charter.
In the event of adverse weather conditions, medical emergencies, or Travel challenges, any situation out of our control will be honored with a "rain check" or voucher. This voucher will be given for the unused portion of the charter for any future date. Vouchers may be assigned to a third party and transferred with advance notice and upon availability. The third party must present an ID and sign off on the voucher to receive the charter.
Charters have the option to arrange on their own to protect the entire trip to Key West by going to insuremytrip.com
Longer trips require travel insurance.
